We want you to love your purchase from PLAYDFRNT. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the terms below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@playdfrnt.store with your order number and the reason for return.

If approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
